Approval of the Industrial Installation



The following particulars may be enclosed along with applications for approval of industrial installation / Industries submitted to RDD.


1) Site Plan

Site plan should drawn to a scale of 1:400 with required details as follows :-


            a) The applicant site or land proposed for the industries to be colored suitable and the length and breadth of the site must be drawn clearly.


            b) The details of proposed building where machines are to be installed and external measurement that is length and breadth. The distance between site boundary and the proposed building. Details of open space should shown in the plan. If more then on building is constructions in the same site its length and breadth should be drawn clearly.


            c) Sub division details of the proposed site should be shown with details of length and breadth.


            d) Details of road access such as public road / Private road, Conditions of road, Tar Road / Gravel road, Maintained by whom, with and from where it comes to site.


2) Topo Sketch


This topo plan (sketch) should be drawn to scale 1:1600 with following details:-

            a) The details of survey field boundary (Sub division) from each side of the site in which the proposed industries to be formed. 

            b) The land use details, type of building, water body (such lake, River) falls with in 100m distance from proposed site.

            c) The details of existing road, cart Track and Street details falls with in 100m radius should be clearly drawn in Topo plan.

            d) Details of access road coming from public road and width of the same (Access road width should be minimum 12m.).

            In the Topo plan details of land and building use (such as wet/dry, vacant land / residential land / temple / education building / burial ground / tank / channel / railway track / EB line etc.) should be clearly drawn.
